Deborah Ballstaedt

Deborah Ballstaedt is an experienced customer experience manager currently employed at NWN Carousel since August 2023. Prior to this position, Deborah served as a service delivery manager at Continuant from October 2022 to June 2023. Deborah's extensive career also includes over 20 years at Windstream, where Deborah held the role of project manager II in the ISG division, successfully managing the implementation of AVAYA and Mitel solutions for top Fortune 500 accounts from September 1998 until December 2020. Deborah takes ownership of projects from the point of sale through to testing and acceptance.
