Jennifer Murphy

As Controller of Northwood Ravin, Jennifer is responsible for the oversight and management of daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, cash management, management of the accounting team, integration of financial systems, coordination of the annual audit and tax returns, risk management and working with the property management, development and contracting divisions within the company. Jennifer works on the annual budget, planning and multi-year projections. Prior to joining Northwood Ravin, Jennifer’s experience includes serving as Vice President/Corporate Controller for Paramount Parks and Vice President/Corporate Controller for Crosland, LLC. In both roles, she was responsible for the consolidated financial reporting, cash management, management of the accounting teams, risk management, annual audit and working closing with all operating departments. Most recently Jennifer was the Regional Controller for Colliers International, where she was responsible for the start-up of the Eastern Region Accounting office for the REMS (Real Estate Management Services-division.

She holds a B.S., Accounting from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
