Kristen Cortopassi

Kristen joined the Northwood Ravin team in 2015. As Vice President of Architecture, Kristen tracks all of the multifamily and mixed use projects through the development process. Kristen's role is to assist the preconstruction and development teams from the deisgn process though construction to verify NWR design and construction standards are being met. She also serves as liaison between the in-house interior design team and the various project architects, engineers and consultants from preconstruction through completion of the project.

Before joining Northwood Ravin, Kristen was a Senior Associate at Smith Dalia Architects in Atlanta where she managed a multifamily studio. Kristen is a registered architect with over 16 years of experience with large infull multifamily, adaptive re-use, LIHTC, and mixed-use developments. She is a LEED AP that has worked on several LEED NC and LEED for Homes projects and understands how to incorporate practical sustainable features into large scale residential projects . She has designed and constructed over 2000 units and brings her welath of knowledge of code compliance, constructability, products, sustainable solutions and project coordination to the team.
