Mike Derrenbacher

As Senior Vice President of Construction, Mike leads the division during all phases of the construction process. Mike works closely with the design, development and subcontractor teams from preconstruction to final completion to ensure expectations are exceeded on each and every project. Prior to joining Northwood Ravin, Mike worked his way through nearly all construction roles ranging from Field Engineer to Project Manager for companies such as Ryland Homes, Trammell Crow Residential and The NRP Group, and successfully delivered over 800 multi-family units and various mixed-use facilities throughout the SouthEast. In his Senior Vice President of Construction role at Northwood Ravin, Mike has been responsible for the construction of over 4,650 multi-family units and 247,000 SF of Class A office ranging from townhomes to high rises across 5 states totaling over $980,000,000 in construction hard cost.
