Joe Cantanzriti

Joe Cantanzriti is the SVP of Real Estate & Construction Management at Renovo Financial. Joe has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has previously worked as an instructor, construction manager, project architect, and Realtor. Joe has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of real estate, from lesson plan development and class lectures, to construction estimating and budgeting, to interior design and material selection. Joe is also experienced in zoning and building department submissions and permitting, and 3D floor plan modeling using Sketchup.

Joe Cantanzriti received their Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University and their Real Estate License from Youngstown State University. Joe is also certified as a negotiation expert by the Ohio Association of REALTORS.

Nic Maranell - Senior Asset Manager, Fred Garay - Senior Asset Manager, and Peter Post - Regional VP Asset Management report to Joe Cantanzriti. They are on a team with Brendan Ochinero - Regional Managing Director, Southwest, Dan McLaughlin - CFO, and Remi Gangarossa - COO. Their manager is Kevin Werner, CEO & Co-Founder.
