Jim Schmitt

Jim Schmitt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, real estate, and local government. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College since August 2022, Schmitt develops course curriculum and assessments aligned with learning objectives. As a Real Estate Broker at The Osthoff Resort since November 2019, Schmitt capitalized on a recognized need for dedicated real estate services within a community of 222 condos. Previously, Schmitt was the managing shareholder of RightPerks USA, a digital platform aimed at empowering local citizens, and served as the Mayor of Green Bay for four terms, marking the longest tenure in the city's history. Schmitt's early career included a role as County Board Supervisor for Brown County and President of Famis Manufacturing, Inc. Schmitt holds a degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College and completed the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
