Sanne Dupain

Sanne Dupain's work experience includes various roles in legal and compliance. Sanne is currently the Head of Compliance at Nxchange since May 2023. Previously, they worked as a Legal & Compliance Counsel at Santander Consumer Finance Benelux from June 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they were a Legal Counsel at Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland B.V. from October 2019 to June 2021. Sanne also held positions as a Legal Counsel at Blauwtrust Groep BV from November 2018 to October 2019, a Legal Counsel at Ligo BV from September 2018 to November 2018, and a Secretaris - Jurist at Klachteninstituut Financiële Dienstverlening (Kifid) from September 2016 to August 2018. Sanne started their career as a Griffier at de Rechtspraak in February 2008, where they later became a Gerechtssecretaris, Afdeling Civiel, Team Handel from August 2013 to August 2016. In their role at de rechtspraak, they were responsible for tasks such as case preparation, courtroom attendance, and legal writing. Their expertise lies in the areas of insolventierecht, algemeen verbintenissenrecht, vermogensrecht, and arbeidsrecht.

Sanne Dupain completed their High School education from Huygens Lyceum, where they focused on a profile in Natural Sciences and Health. Sanne also took an additional subject, Mathematics B2, during their time at the lyceum. Later, Sanne pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Dutch law from Utrecht University, which they completed in 2010. Sanne then continued their studies at Utrecht University and obtained a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration in 2013.
