Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones is a Senior Scientist at Nxera Pharma since April 2022, with extensive experience in the scientific field. Daniel has served as a Committee Member on the Fine Chemicals Group at SCI: Where Science Meets Business since November 2018. Previously, Daniel worked as Senior Scientist 1 and Scientist at Charles River Laboratories from December 2017 to March 2022, and took on the role of Laboratory and Team Lead at the Cambridge National COVID-19 Testing Centre from July 2020 to January 2021, overseeing a team of 10 scientists. Daniel's earlier experience includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at Imperial College London, an internship at KPMG, and an Associate Chemist role at Peakdale Molecular, as well as an industrial placement at Redx Pharma. Daniel holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Imperial College London and a Master of Chemistry from the University of York.
