Bob Shaw

Bob Shaw is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in multiple leadership roles across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at NXP Semiconductors since December 2015, Bob Shaw previously held the position of Human Resources Manager for the Microcontroller Solutions Group at Motorola SPS, Freescale Semiconductor from April 2004 to December 2015. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Motorola Semiconductor from 1984 to May 2004 and Senior Human Resources Manager at Applied Materials from April 1997 to December 1999. Bob Shaw holds a degree in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and an AAS degree in Business from Ranger College.
