Hong Li

Hong Li is a seasoned expert in wireless communication with a robust background in research and innovation at NXP Semiconductors since 2006, culminating in the role of Senior Principal since April 2018. Responsibilities include pioneering work on automotive digital radio receiver architecture and baseband processing for the Chinese CDR standard, along with research in ITS V2X communication protocols. Prior roles encompass significant contributions as a Principal Scientist focusing on Software-Defined Radio solutions for Digital TV and IoT communications, and managing projects related to automotive infotainment. Earlier professional experience includes a Senior Scientist position at Philips Research and a Post Doctoral research fellowship at TU Delft, complemented by academic positions at Tsinghua University. Hong Li holds a Ph.D. in Electronics from Tsinghua University.
