Paul Jones, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief of Strategy & Staff for Americas Sales at NXP Semiconductors, Paul has previously held significant roles including GTM Program Manager at Qualcomm and Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. With a background in the United States Marine Corps and leadership positions in the Marine Forces Reserve, Paul has demonstrated expertise in pilot training, operations management, and strategy consulting. Educationally, Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction.
