Ronen Shtayer

Ronen Shtayer serves as the Vice President of PL IVN R&D and PMO at NXP Semiconductors, a position held since December 2015, where responsibilities include leading the global R&D and program management team with oversight of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. Previously, Ronen Shtayer held various roles at Freescale Semiconductor, including Vice President and Director of the Program Management Office, where improvements to the NPI process were achieved. Shtayer's extensive experience also includes senior positions at IDT and Freescale Semiconductor, focusing on engineering program management and NPI processes. With an educational background that includes an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University, Ronen Shtayer brings a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership in the semiconductor industry.
