Yi-Hang Chiu

Yi-Hang Chiu is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Foundry Engineering Manager at NXP Semiconductors since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing operational execution at foundries and supporting new technology introduction and process transfers. Previously, from November 2013 to October 2020, Yi-Hang worked as a Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, focusing on coordinating cross-functional teams for new product introductions and yield performance analysis. Prior roles include Staff Product Engineer and Foundry Engineer at OmniVision, where project coordination and yield improvement were key responsibilities, as well as experience as Principal Engineer at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), involving defect condition analysis and process optimization. Yi-Hang Chiu holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
