Joan Aprille Averion Vallejo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Joan Aprille is currently the Co-Founder and Head of People & Recruitment at nXscale since September 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at One to Scale as part of the Client Services and Human Resources team.

Before that, Joan worked at kgb from 2009 to 2019, where they held multiple roles. As a Recruitment Operations Lead from February 2017 to April 2019, they supervised and oversaw the activities of recruiters, set objectives and goals, and assisted with candidate sourcing. Joan Aprille also worked as a Recruiter from July 2013 to January 2017, where they recruited candidates for various positions and scheduled interviews.
