Gaurav Sharma is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical and IT recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at NxT Level since June 2019, Gaurav has also been a Sr. Recruiter at SageBeans RPO since May 2017, managing the complete recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates across various employment types and visa categories. Gaurav's earlier role as an IT Recruiter at ABC Consulting (January 2016 - April 2017) honed expertise in the recruiting process, salary negotiations, and understanding U.S. tax terms. Gaurav holds a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University, completed between 2012 and 2015.
