Conor Esworthy is an experienced professional in sales and sports coaching, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Graybar since March 2023. Conor has been involved with NXTsports as a Lacrosse Coach and Operations Associate since September 2017. Previous roles include Assistant Lacrosse Coach at West Chester Bayard Rustin High School from January 2020 to April 2023, Assistant Manager at WIGGINS SHREDDING INC. from December 2017 to March 2023, and Foreman at Hay Sealcoating LLC from April 2016 to October 2017. Conor's early career includes positions as Operations Intern at NXTsports, Manager of On-site Operations at Maplezone Sports Institute, and Operations Assistant at Wiggins Enterprises. Conor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Neumann University and graduated from West Chester Bayard Rustin High School in 2013.

Make it Matter Our mission is to make the experience matter in everything we do, from intro camps to a two hundred team multi-day lacrosse tournament. The mission starts on whiteboards and spreadsheets. It starts with a game plan executed by MVPs at every level; from our assistant coaches to the CEO. Because what happens on the field can impact a child way beyond childhood. It’s an enormous responsibility that we take very seriously. Because when you step off the field, all you truly take with you is the experience. We want that experience to matter. NXT differentiates itself in the youth sports market through the diversity of our products and year-round programming. Events NXT operates premier girls and boys lacrosse tournaments, leagues and recruiting events across the country. Education NXT runs Lacrosse educational programming for both boys and girls from beginner to advanced. Club Teams NXT manages elite boys, girls, and box lacrosse clubs comprised of youth, middle school, and high school teams. From a few one-off lacrosse camps in the summer of 2009, NXT has grown into a sports organization that runs 80 lacrosse camps and clinics, 25 boys and girls club lacrosse teams, and 41 lacrosse tournaments and recruiting Showcases across the country and 3 Leagues. In any given year NXT—either through a camp, clinic, club team or tournament—will have been involved in 38,295 athletes' lives.
