Taylor Ehret currently serves as a Docket Coordinator and IP Clerk at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP since June 2016, while also coaching club lacrosse for NXTsports since November 2017. Prior coaching experience includes a position as a Lacrosse Coach at Valencia High School from September to December 2016. Between May 2014 and May 2016, Taylor worked as a Legal Clerk at the Law Offices of Robert Zielinski and completed an internship at Perfect Game Super 25 in the summer of 2014. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from Neumann University and a Professional Certificate in Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeiting from Michigan State University. Currently, Taylor is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics at Wilmington University.

Make it Matter Our mission is to make the experience matter in everything we do, from intro camps to a two hundred team multi-day lacrosse tournament. The mission starts on whiteboards and spreadsheets. It starts with a game plan executed by MVPs at every level; from our assistant coaches to the CEO. Because what happens on the field can impact a child way beyond childhood. It’s an enormous responsibility that we take very seriously. Because when you step off the field, all you truly take with you is the experience. We want that experience to matter. NXT differentiates itself in the youth sports market through the diversity of our products and year-round programming. Events NXT operates premier girls and boys lacrosse tournaments, leagues and recruiting events across the country. Education NXT runs Lacrosse educational programming for both boys and girls from beginner to advanced. Club Teams NXT manages elite boys, girls, and box lacrosse clubs comprised of youth, middle school, and high school teams. From a few one-off lacrosse camps in the summer of 2009, NXT has grown into a sports organization that runs 80 lacrosse camps and clinics, 25 boys and girls club lacrosse teams, and 41 lacrosse tournaments and recruiting Showcases across the country and 3 Leagues. In any given year NXT—either through a camp, clinic, club team or tournament—will have been involved in 38,295 athletes' lives.
