John Messman

John Messman holds significant leadership experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently a member of the Board of Directors at NXTUS since March 2023, John contributes to supporting entrepreneurs by fostering connections within a community of mentors and capital. As a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary at Quicc since October 2017, John plays a pivotal role in enhancing post-production services for media content. In addition, John has been serving as Program Director for the Talent Management Executives Council and Career Strategy Council at The Conference Board since April 2015. John’s academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Friends University from October 2015 to August 2021, focusing on Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Prior to these roles, John spent over a decade at The Boeing Company in various director-level positions, including leadership development and employee engagement. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management from Webster University and a BS in Business from Wichita State University.
