Andrew Bowd serves as the Director of Business Strategy and Industry Relations at NY CREATES, beginning in July 2024, where the focus is on fostering the growth of high-value, high-technology companies in New York State. Prior to this role, Andrew was with Alba Consultancy from October 2023 to September 2024, offering finance, operations, and technology consulting to high-tech startups. Andrew also held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Realtime Robotics, Inc. from August 2021 to September 2023, overseeing various financial and operational functions. Earlier, Andrew was the Senior Director of Operations Services and Alphabot Product Team Lead at ALERT INNOVATION, managing the Alert Robot product team and external manufacturing processes. Andrew's career commenced at SUNY Polytechnic Institute as Chief Strategist and Business Development Executive, emphasizing entrepreneurial strategies for maximizing resource use. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Purdue University and a degree from Heriot-Watt University.
