Arthur Imperatore, Jr. serves as the President of Romulus Development Corp. since 1993, specializing in the development of mixed-use, master-planned communities. Arthur has also been the Vice Chairman of NY Waterway since 1993 and held the position of Adjunct Professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation from June 2009 to September 2015. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Real Estate Attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 1991 to 1993 and as a Research Associate with the Regional Plan Association from 1987 to 1989. Arthur Imperatore, Jr. holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University (2006-2007), a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School (1989-1991), and is a PhD candidate in American History at Harvard University (1986-1987), with a Bachelor's degree in American History from Yale University (1981-1985). Arthur's early education was completed at St. Paul's School in Concord, NH.
