Dornzella Milligan currently serves as the Program Director and Principal Investigator at the Our Community Against Drug Abuse Coalition since August 2020, focusing on strategic planning and community support through a racial equity and belonging lens. Additionally, since January 2014, Dornzella has been the District Student Support Services Prevention Coordinator at Nyack Public Schools, providing substance use prevention counseling to K-12 students and staff. Since February 2011, Dornzella has also worked as a Racial Equity Consultant with Methods of Change LLC, assisting in organizational transformation towards racial equity. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Community and Human Services from SUNY Empire State College.
