Tebogo Seakamela is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human capital management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Capital & Organisational Effectiveness at NYANZA LIGHT METALS since January 2025, Tebogo has previously held senior leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager at BME from April 2022 to December 2024, and Lead Human Resources Business Partner at AECI Industrial Chemicals from July 2018 to March 2022. The career began as a Human Resources Generalist Intern at Revlon Inc. in February 2007, leading to a permanent position as Human Resources Officer until August 2011. Educational qualifications include an MMDP in Business from GIBS Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg.
