Peter Wehseler

Peter Wehseler has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and planning. Peter currently holds the position of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at NYC Alliance, where they manage the finance and planning teams and is responsible for budgeting and forecasting. Peter has successfully implemented cost center KPIs that have improved margin rates and managed expenses below budget.

Prior to this, Peter worked as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at CSM Corporation, leading the commercial department in forecasting and budgeting. Peter also conducted financial analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, and developments, and presented quarterly performance reviews to the company's ownership.

Before joining CSM Corporation, Peter served as a Finance Manager - FP&A at Christopher & Banks, where they designed new labor and incentive models to optimize store talent and drive KPI improvement.

Additionally, Peter has worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Best Buy, focusing on store performance and real estate strategy, and as an Assistant Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank and a Senior Credit Analyst at TCF Bank and M&I Bank, all in the commercial real estate sector.

Peter Wehseler completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Real Estate Studies, Department of Finance, from the University of St. Thomas from 2002 to 2006. Peter then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2011 to 2014.
