Aayesha Vichare

Aayesha Vichare is an accomplished leader in healthcare service management, currently serving as the Director of SUD Acute Care Services at NYC Health + Hospitals since February 2025. With a diverse background in strategic leadership, Aayesha has held significant roles including Chief of Staff at Elevance Health and Director of Community Strategy & Development at Crossroads. Previous experience includes positions at Cityblock Health, Blue Cross NC, Bronx Partners for Healthy Communities, and various roles within government and non-profit sectors. Aayesha holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Health Policy and Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biomedical Science from the University of Hull.
