Farbod Raiszadeh M.D., Facc

Farbod Raiszadeh MD PhD FACC is an accomplished cardiologist and academic with extensive experience in clinical practice, education, and healthcare improvement. Currently serving as a cardiologist and Director of Performance Improvement and Nuclear Cardiology at NYC Health + Hospitals since July 2019, Raiszadeh also holds the position of Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at Albany Medical Center and cardiologist positions at various healthcare institutions. Notably, Raiszadeh was the Founding Director of the QI Innovation Institute and served as Chief Medical Officer for RxMatch. Educational credentials include a PhD in Genetic Epidemiology from Cornell University and an MD from the University of Tehran.
