Marlene Dunkley

Marlene Dunkley, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Community Affairs at NYC Health + Hospitals, managing a team of over 22 Intake Specialists and ensuring accurate reporting for more than 1500 schools and families. Dunkley has extensive experience in public health, including data collection and reporting for COVID-19 cases while collaborating with various city agencies. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant and Patient Service Representative at Montefiore Health System, where Dunkley provided top-tier patient services and contributed to significant departmental growth. Dunkley's earlier experience spans retail sales and media internships, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from John Jay College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Hunter College.
