Nancy Ruffin, MBA, is an accomplished executive coach and leader with extensive experience in healthcare finance and operations. As the founder of Next-Level Leaders, Nancy Ruffin focuses on empowering entrepreneurs and professionals to transition from competent managers to exceptional leaders. In a dual role at NYC Health + Hospitals since December 2000, Nancy Ruffin serves as Network Director of Revenue Integrity/Finance for Jacobi and North Central Bronx Hospitals, overseeing strategic initiatives in revenue operations, compliance, and growth. Additionally, Nancy Ruffin is the Chief Executive Officer of TFW Consulting, an agency dedicated to the development of future women leaders. Nancy Ruffin also hosts and produces The Nancy Ruffin Show, showcasing their commitment to leadership and empowerment. Nancy Ruffin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College and a Master’s degree in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix.
