Sonia Vathapally

Sonia Vathapally, MA, RN, MSN, FNP-C, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner at NYC Health + Hospitals since May 2020, where responsibilities include assessing and treating 10-12 long-term acutely ill patients daily, alongside ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing interventions. In addition to this role, Sonia has been a Registered Nurse at Northwell Health since January 2012, contributing to the rapid response team and providing comprehensive care for patients facing life-threatening illnesses. Sonia holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Annamalai University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Fr. Muller's College of Nursing, further complemented by advanced nursing education at Molloy University.
