With a background that includes roles such as Senior Program Manager, Director, and Administrative Assistant-Liaison at various organizations, Ayana has a strong foundation in capacity development and program management within this sector. Most recently, Ayana served as a Senior Program Manager for reentry services at the NYC Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice.
