Rachel Tanguay

Rachel Tanguay currently serves as a Family Court Judge and Acting Supreme Court Justice with the New York State Unified Court System since January 2016. Prior to this role, Rachel Tanguay worked as a Principal Court Attorney at Rockland County Family Court from January 2012 to December 2015. Rachel Tanguay also owned a law practice, Rachel Tanguay-McGuane, Attorney-at-Law, from October 2006 to December 2011, focusing on family law issues, including divorce, post-divorce matters, and domestic violence. Rachel Tanguay holds a Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University.
