Tom Migchelbrink

Tom Migchelbrink is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior BD Manager at NYDIG since June 2025, Tom previously held the role of Senior Business Development Manager at Crusoe from October 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Tom accumulated a wealth of experience at Calfrac Well Services over a span of twelve years, where roles included Account Manager, Colorado District Operations Manager, US Engineering Supervisor & Account Manager, Pennsylvania District Engineering Manager, and Lead In-House Engineer - Completions. Tom began the career as a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger from 2008 to 2009. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, obtained in 2008.
