Sophie Robertson is an experienced professional in the wine and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Brand Ambassador and Harvest Supervisor at Nyetimber since September 2021. Prior roles include Wine Steward at Decanter, where responsibilities included overseeing wine processing and stewarding events. Sophie worked as a Cellar Hand at Balfour-Hush Heath Estate for two years, supporting various winemaking operations and lab work. Experience at Charles Sturt University involved handling boutique wines and participating in experimental projects. Earlier roles include Sommelier at Rockpool Dining Group, Restaurant Supervisor at Jamie's Italian, and Senior Waiter at Nourish Group, focusing on high-quality service in fine dining environments. Education includes the WSET Level 3 Award in Wine and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Reading.
