Rachelle Dond is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as an HR & DEI Associate at the New York Genome Center since November 2021, Rachelle previously held various roles within the organization, including Contract HR Associate in 2020. Prior to this, Rachelle worked as a Human Resources Generalist at IPRO and spent over a decade as a Human Resources Administrator at Shinda Management Corp. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Pace University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
