Lars-Egil Fallang has a diverse work experience in the field of medical and scientific roles. Lars-Egil started their career as a Laboratory Technician at Dynal a/s in 1992 and worked part-time until 1998. Lars-Egil then joined Duke University as a Research Technician II from 2000 to 2001. Lars-Egil pursued their PhD at the Institute of Immunology - Rikshospitalet from 2004 to 2009, focusing on Celiac disease and diagnostic tool development.
