William Baker

William Baker has extensive experience in the chemical industry. William most recently served as the Vice President of Sales at Nylon Corporation of America, Inc. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions including President of NA Operations and Vice President of NA Operations at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. William also served as the Global Director of Performance Specialties at Ashland Inc. and held senior director and global business director roles at International Specialty Products. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ciba Specialty Chemicals in various roles such as VP of Business Line Coatings and VP of Coatings & Segment Head. William also held leadership positions at Ciba in New York, North Carolina, Delaware, Japan, and Switzerland. Throughout their career, William has been involved in business turnaround, market development, cost elimination, P&L responsibility, sales leadership, corporate reorganization, joint venture development, new business development, and strategic planning.

William Baker received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. William later pursued further education at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from 1988 to 1992.
