Sivan Betzalel

Sivan Betzalel is currently a Medical Analyst at Nym. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Strategy Analyst at Fiverr from August 2018 to March 2021. There, they were responsible for research and data analysis for new strategic projects, often with tight deadlines. Sivan also played a significant role in the content development process for the projects, and initiated collaborations with professionals from all over the world.

Before working at Fiverr, Betzalel was a Data Team Leader and Data Analyst (student position) at Fifth Dimension from September 2016 to August 2018. In that role, they created and built use-cases stories in different domains, and generated datasets according to clients' requirements and needs. Sivan also learned how to analyze data in different domains.

Betzalel also has experience as a Research Assistant, having worked in that role at Yassour Lab from December 2018 to October 2020.

In addition to their work experience, Betzalel also served as Department Head and Intelligence Analyst Course (A'am) at the Israel Defense Forces | Unit 8200 from November 2011 to May 2016.

Sivan Betzalel completed their high school education at Eylon high school in Holon, Israel. Sivan then went on to study chemical physics, physics and computer science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. After completing their undergraduate studies, they obtained a doctor of medicine (MD) degree from the same university. Sivan is currently certified by ESET North America in cybersecurity awareness training.

Sivan Betzalel reports to Sagi Horev, Chief Medical Information Officer. They are on a team with Tal Serlin - Medical Analyst, Inbar Abarbanel - Medical Analyst, and Ziv Cohen - Medical Analyst.
