Courtney Webster

Courtney Webster is based in Chicago and has over 10 years of experience in eClinical, mHealth, and biotech. After graduating from Stanford, she built and scaled multiple startups as a founding employee. Her experience includes the foundational growth of a venture-backed startup, scaling a profitable digital health company to an acquisition, managing decentralized clinical trials with remote monitoring for a research non-profit, and the integration of multiple companies within a large, private equity firm-backed company.

Courtney has worked alongside multiple founders in a COO-lite position. She enjoys the healthy tension between vision and execution in early stage startups and know how to optimize quickly. She like building things designed for adaptation so processes aren’t fragile to change.
