Sipra Thomas

Sipra Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, audit, and finance. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at NymCard since April 2023, Sipra is also a founding member of Zest Consulting DMCC since July 2019. Previously held key positions at Network International LLC, including Vice President of Compliance & Audit and Vice President of Audit and Compliance. Additionally, Sipra was the Head of Risk and Compliance at geidea from May 2021 to April 2023 and served as Executive Director & Head of Finance at ING Barings India from 1996 to 1999. Earlier roles include Head of Finance at Peregrine Capital India and Financial Controller - Retail Banking at American Express. Sipra holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a degree in Mercantile Law (LLB) from the University of Calcutta.
