Jessica Hickey is currently the Quality and Patient Safety Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where responsibilities include reviewing significant events for state reporting, facilitating interdepartmental discussions to enhance patient safety, and monitoring departmental quality metrics. Previously, Jessica Hickey held roles at Huron as an Associate, conducting analyses for optimization, and at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a Graduate Student. Additional experience includes product management at zakipoint Health, where Jessica Hickey led a data-driven health engagement platform, and extensive clinical roles as a Physician Assistant at Golden Gate Urgent Care, Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, and Yale New Haven Hospital, focusing on delivering patient care and developing treatment plans.
