Nazreen Jamal

Nazreen Jamal is currently serving as the Associate Chief Medical Officer and Associate Chief Quality Officer at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, a position held since 2024. They previously held the role of Interim Division Chief at Columbia University in 2023. Earlier in their career, Nazreen trained as a medical student at New York University School of Medicine from 2001 to 2005, and completed their residency at Brown Medical School from 2005 to 2008, where they also served as Chief Resident. From 2012 to 2014, Nazreen worked as an Attending Physician at Children's National Health System and later became the Associate Fellowship Director in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Columbia University from 2015 to 2020.
