Sarah E. Nash is the CEO and Owner of Novagard, a manufacturer of silicone coatings and sealants, and the Chair of the Board of Bath & Body Works. Under their leadership, Novagard is transforming into an electronics-grade manufacturer while they also engage actively on various public, private, and non-profit boards, including serving as a Trustee for the Hospital for Special Surgery and New York Presbyterian Hospital. Sarah's extensive past experience includes nearly 30 years at J.P. Morgan, where they retired as Vice Chairman of Global Investment Banking, and significant roles in organizations such as the Smithsonian Institution and Blackbaud. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Vassar College.
