Shirin Andonov

Shirin Begum, RN, BSN, PCCN, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in critical care and patient management. Currently serving as a Progressive Care Unit Float Nurse at New York Methodist Hospital since March 2014, Shirin possesses expertise in nursing care for patients on mechanical ventilation, comprehensive assessments, and various medical procedures including IV insertion and wound care. In addition to clinical duties, Shirin has held roles in multidisciplinary collaboration, staff training, and community volunteer work with organizations such as New York Cares. Education includes a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing from New York University, with ongoing studies towards an MBA and MSN at Grand Canyon University.
