Wilhelmina M.

Wilhelmina M. has extensive experience in nursing leadership, currently serving as Group Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since May 1998. Throughout this tenure, Wilhelmina has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer of Perioperative Services and Chief Quality Officer. In addition to hospital administration, Wilhelmina is a member of Break into the Boardroom, contributing to the initiative since May 2024. Academically, Wilhelmina holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Arts in Nursing Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, Organizational, and Executive Coaching from New York University, along with a Nurse Executive Fellowship from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
