Yocasta Delgado

Yocasta Delgado has over 20 years of work experience. Yocasta started their career in 1997 as the Director of Administration and Facilities at NYC Media Group, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined New York-Presbyterian Hospital as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of PCS & Nursing. Currently, they serve as a Project Lead at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, leading the patient experience program for NYP Medical Group. Yocasta'smain focus is on providing support and education to leaders to enhance the patient experience.

Yocasta Delgado, MBA, CPXP pursued their higher education by enrolling at the King Graduate School, Monroe College from 2008 to 2011. During this period, they obtained a Master's in General Business.
