Kevin Eitzmann

Kevin Eitzmann is a seasoned labor relations professional with extensive experience in field operations and digital strategy within labor organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations and Digital Director/Assistant Field Coordinator for the New York State AFL-CIO since 2012, Kevin Eitzmann coordinates statewide messaging through social media and assists in mobilizing members for legislative and political campaigns. Prior to this role, Kevin Eitzmann worked as field staff for the Capital District Area Labor Federation, focusing on external communications and digital strategy, and assessed political candidates for labor campaigns. Kevin Eitzmann also served as Vice President and Political Director at the Communication Workers of America, overseeing operations in the Albany area, managing a substantial membership, negotiating contracts, and handling a significant organizational budget. Kevin Eitzmann's educational background includes studies at Empire State and Schenectady County Community College.
