Kelly Montague

Kelly Montague currently serves as Program Coordinator at Syracuse University - Maxwell School since August 2023. Montague has been a Communications Committee Member for the NYS GIS Association since April 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Infrastructure Public Information Officer for the City of Syracuse from November 2021 to May 2023, and Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist at Erie Canal Museum between May 2021 and November 2021. Montague's earlier positions encompass GIS Analyst at Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, DPC from July 2019 to April 2020, and The Intelligence Group LLC from August 2017 to July 2019, as well as Cartographer for the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, Government of the District of Columbia from August 2014 to July 2016. Internship experience includes work at National Geographic in map production and a Research Assistant role in the Geography Department at Syracuse University. Montague holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Syracuse University.
