Shylah Addante Ed.d.

Shylah Addante, Ed.D., is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Education Coordinator for the New York State Association of REALTORS, Inc. since December 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating statewide programming and collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes various progressive roles in Student Affairs at Russell Sage College from August 2008 to December 2021, managing budgets and leading faculty training programs.
