Amy Howard

Amy Howard is the current CEO at NYSARC, INC. BROOME-TIOGA COUNTY CHAPTER. Amy has over twenty years of experience in accounting and human resources. Prior to their current position, Ms. Howard was the Senior Director of Human Resources at ITA International from January 2011 to November 2019. ITA International is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in providing detailed mission analysis, innovative organizational planning, and comprehensive assessments resulting in strategic-to-tactical solutions for government and private sector.

From January 2001 to December 2002, Ms. Howard was an Accountant at Equidata Inc where they posted and balanced cash receipts and prepared bank deposits daily for Mortgage and Credit Bureau Departments. Amy also performed detailed account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accurate bimonthly statement generation for over 1000 Mortgage clients using multiple software packages.

Ms. Howard has also served as the Director of Human Resources at McDonald Garden Center from January 2002 to December 2011 and as the Consumer Affairs and Financial Assistance Coordinator at Army Community Services from January 1990 to December 1994.

Amy Howard has a Bachelor's Degree in Double Major: Accounting and Business Administration from Methodist University.
