Robert McDonough

Robert McDonough possesses extensive experience in electric operations and construction management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Electric Operations for New York State Electric & Gas since September 2014, Robert oversees the electrical infrastructure for approximately 90,000 customers across three counties in the Hudson Valley. Previous roles include Manager of Regional Operations and Supervisor of Construction and Maintenance, alongside significant project management responsibilities at Advent Industrial Corporation from July 2010 to September 2014. Key projects include installations at the Empire State Building and major transmitter facilities. Earlier experience includes foreman responsibilities at Hudson Valley Remodeling and roles in construction and maintenance at Kelly & Wagner Real Estate. Robert is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management at Indiana State University, expected to complete in May 2024.
