Maureen McCarthy serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Celtic Consulting and MDSRescue, utilizing extensive experience in the regulated post-acute environment to help clients achieve compliance and efficiency. As a Master Teacher for several AAPACN certification workshops and a Medicare/MDS Advisor for the Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities, Maureen provides education and guidance to health professionals on quality assurance and regulatory matters. Additionally, Maureen founded Care Transitions, aimed at enhancing care coordination, and has held advisory roles with multiple organizations, including serving on the board of directors for the Association for Long Term Care Financial Managers.
